Do I have to book in advance?

Yes please. You can do that by going to our Book Now page. The full payment is required at time of booking. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.

The meeting point is not on your website, how do I find it?

Once you have booked your tour, and have paid, we email you with the time and meeting place details. Each tour is unique, we keep the venues secret and change the meeting points to suit.

How long does the tour last and how much walking is involved?

The tour lasts approximately 3 hours, depending on the one you choose. The group will walk at a casual pace between venues, footwear is at your discretion.

How many people will be on the tour?

The private group tour must have  a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 18 people. There are plans to expend our range of tours in the coming months.

How much food is included in the tapas trail?

You will visit 3 venues tasting great food and beverages at each stop.
So don’t eat before the tour, as you won’t leave us hungry!

Does the whiskey/gin trail include any food?

Yes, there is one course of food served in one of the venues.

Do you charge a booking fee to book online?

There is a small fee added to online bookings. This enables us to use great software and provide a better shopping experience for our customers.

What is your cancellation policy?

For private bookings we need 1 week notice, at this stage a 80% refund will be given. If you cancel before this a full refund will be given.

What happens if I arrive late?

Unfortunately we cannot delay the group if you arrive late, nor can we wait for you. If you manage to catch up with us, you won’t be refunded for any missed tastings.

Do you cater for vegetarians or gluten free?

Yes, we cater for all dietary requirements, please let us know in advance. If there are food allergies please contact us before booking to ensure we can facilitate you.

Is the tour appropriate for infants/children?

There are plans to create an afternoon tourist experience, aimed at the whole family that can be created with or without alcohol.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Please contact us before booking to ensure there are wheelchair friendly venues available on the tour on your preferred date. We will do our best to accommodate.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The tour will run through all weather conditions. Umbrellas will be provided but we advise to also take a raincoat and sun cream, Ireland has a habit of showcasing all four seasons in one day, please be prepared. Tours won’t be cancelled in case of bad weather as the tours are mainly indoors.
